Job Description

Hampton CollegeEagle Way, Hampton Vale, Peterborough, PE7 8BFHampton College is an established, successful, all-through school, which formed its own multi-academy trust (Hampton Academies Trust - HAT) in 2014. The Trust is also the education provider for the neighbouring secondary school, Hampton Gardens Schooland Hampton Lakes Primary School, which opened in September 2019. In 2020, Dogsthorpe Infant School joined our trust. HAT schools have very close links and some shared staff.Hampton College currently serves the community of Hampton, on the southern outskirts of the city of Peterborough and has good links to Cambridge and Stamford. Hampton Gardens School serves the neighbouring Cambridgeshire village of Yaxley, as well new housingbeing added to the Hampton East development, where Hampton Lakes Primary School is located.Required for September 2022Receptionist/AdministratorWe are currently looking for a Receptionist/Administrator to join our team. Alongside providing a friendly reception service to all visitors to the school, the successful candidate will also deliver a timely and effective administrative support.We are looking for a strong administrator who has a high level of accuracy and a good eye for detail. You will be a team player with a flexible approach and a can do attitude and be willing to undertake a variety of duties. Proficiency in Word, Excel andOutlook is essential, along with the ability to work quickly and effectively with various systems.Working Hours32.5 hours per week, term time only8:00am to 3:00pm - Monday to Friday (with a 30 minute un-paid lunch break)Salary (Grade 4)Full time salary (52 weeks/37 hours per week) from £18,887 to £19,650 per annumActual salary (term time/32.5 hours per week) from £13,781 to £14,337 per annumIf you are looking for a new and exciting challenge, then we can guarantee you a fulfilling and rewarding role working for Hampton Academies Trust.
