Data Analyst Location Peterborough - 3 / 4 days in the office Broster Buchanan is engaged with FMCG company that are on the lookout for a Data Analyst. As data analyst you will Identify important issues and works through complex problems in an accurate and in-depth way. You will gauge the level of analysis required and applies logic and intuition, as appropriate, to decision making. You will See, and helpsothers see the context and bigger picture through questioning, imagination, and vision. Identifies themes and makes connections that create clarity and make the complex simple. Essential Skills:* High degree of IT systems literacy including MS Office especially Power BI * Applies critical thinking by reviewing & analysing information, determines causes & trends * Shows genuine passion for the potential that data could unlock * High degree of organisation and attention to detail in data generation, data analysis and reporting * Expert knowledge of SQL* Experience in data migration from systems * Data extraction / manipulation * Using data to produce dashboards * Share and drive insight - link back to informing continuous improvement projects. * statistical analysis / modelling * provide forecasting from data sets used
