Job Description

Juice Recruitment is delighted to be working with a well-established and passionate financial consultancy, based in Redland, with the appointment of a Trainee Helpdesk Advisor.The successful candidate will be tasked with providing support to their allocated and shared business clients, along with wider analysis support for advisers and client reviews.Key Responsibilities:

Consistent client retention across the business database
Servicing of clients
Identifying advice opportunities
Development of leads from the Helpdesk client database and other client data sources
Completing client reviews when necessary
Support advisers with more complex portfolio analysis

Skills required:

Excellent communication skills, verbal, zoom, written - documents and email
Team player and collaborative
Good planning, prioritisation and organisation
Uses own Initiative and flexibility, works proactively
Client & customer focused, encompassing treating customers fairly
Performance and delivery focused, good starter - finisher
A keen interest in investments
Quick learner and adaptable
Previous experience within a financial services firm
