Job Description

Are you experienced within customer service Are you looking to take the next step in your careerElement Recruitment are working with a leading healthcare provider who are looking for Customer Service and Sales advisor to join their growing team!In this newly created function, you will be delivering fantastic customer service whilst discussing a range of products.Salary: £22,000 - £24,000With a fantastic benefits package and a yearly bonus of up to 15%!Based in North Bristol.Key responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries via telephone to resolve queries in line with company policy and procedures.
  • Delivering outstanding customer service through excellent communication skills and a polite and friendly telephone manner.
  • Sales focused with a proactive, customer centric attitude, working towards meeting sales and customer service targets and key performance indicators
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers and internal colleagues.
About you:
  • Previous experience of working in a customer services environment with the ability to demonstrate strong customer focus skills. Previous Contact Centre experience is desirable
  • Strong verbal, written and communication skills
  • Ability to handle telephone calls with knowledge, confidence, maturity and tact at all times.
  • Ability to manage own performance in line with key performance metrics and good customer outcomes
