Job Description

  • Deliver against a constantly changing set of task requirements, addressing issues identified throughout Target operations.
  • Undertake a number of differing Financial Services Customer Service activities - eg. correspondence production & review, telephony support, QC/QA activities, data reviews etc.
  • Deliver excellent customer service to all customers of Target Servicings clients.
  • Treat customers fairly at all times.
  • Execute all agreed tasks accurately and in a timely manner, as directed by your Team Leader/Manager.
  • Tasks could be required on any Target client, include open and closed portfolios, across a diverse product range.
  • Provide support to our colleagues in BAU as/when required.

Customer
  • Ensure a high level of customer service to all customers, both internal and external in line with legal/statutory requirements and SLAs.
  • To deal with customer enquiries in with line with client SLAs and call handing targets
  • To build effective client relationships Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability ensuring clients and customers needs are met.

Youre someone who has:
  • GCSE Minimum grade Cs in English and Maths
  • Significant customer service experience
  • Worked in an FCA regulated financial services company (Desirable)
  • The ability to support the design and delivery of appropriate training in relation to new systems, processes and products. (Desirable)
  • The ability to play a key role/lead internal and external facing projects. (Desirable)
