Job Description

Hoop HR are working with one of our global and valued clients who has a 12 month FTC opportunity for a Recruitment Coordinator, based in the Gwent area. This is a newly created role to support the Recruitment and HR function by overseeing and coordinatingthe recruitment and onboarding process from start to finish during an extremely busy period of growth.As well as offering a favourable salary of £24,000 per annum, our client offers a fantastic benefit package which includes annual leave entitlement starting at 24 days holiday plus BH, pension scheme of 5% employer contribution, private medical care, GIP scheme,life assurance and more.This FTC could be an integral part of your career. It will give you the opportunity to develop and gain further understanding, and knowledge around recruitment lifecycle.This individual will be responsible for the smooth running of the candidates journey throughout the recruitment process:

  • Acting as the first point of contact for candidates
  • Placing job adverts
  • Utilising various job boards and social media platforms
  • Liaising with hiring managers
  • CV sifting and shortlisting.
  • Arranging interviews
  • Issuing contracts and offer letters.
  • Carrying out right to work checks.
  • Maintaining and updating ATS system
  • Arranging induction days for new starters
  • Running and producing reports around recruitment activity.
  • Carrying out general administrative duties.
Our client is looking for an individual with previous recruitment experience and is able to manage a busy workload whilst delivering results.
