The team works with colleagues in the First Line Service Desk, Networks and Infrastructure teams to investigate, improve and fix software applications. This includes initialinvestigation to determine the extent of a problem, identifying the impact and implementing/contributing to temporary and permanent solutions to issues.The team also liaises with colleagues in Software Development and Testing teams, and external IT Suppliers,and provides timely and meaningful communication to users on the status of their service requests and incidents.What will I be doingPeople
