Your role will include managing client issues and escalations, leveraging the support of the Client Account Director as appropriateto drive accountability and resolution from Targets business / business leaders.You will foster and drive both existing and new business opportunities from within Targets client base, leveraging relationships with senior client business leaders to identify opportunities and shape propositions which are aligned to client needs and values.You fulfil this role by interacting and working alongside colleagues from across all business units.In order to achieve client satisfaction, you will be responsible for agreement with clients on the definition of service and will act as an escalation point to ensure that all areas such as service levels, management information, governance and key deliverablesare managed appropriately within Target.Youll receive regular support and feedback in 121s and have half yearly reviews to discuss your progress and future, where appropriate youll be thanked for a job well done through our My Recognition portal; our way of celebrating success stories.Your role requires a strong focus on increasing revenue through extending the Target relationship to currently unserved areas of the client business.People
