Job Description

Your role will include managing client issues and escalations, leveraging the support of the Client Account Director as appropriateto drive accountability and resolution from Targets business / business leaders.You will foster and drive both existing and new business opportunities from within Targets client base, leveraging relationships with senior client business leaders to identify opportunities and shape propositions which are aligned to client needs and values.You fulfil this role by interacting and working alongside colleagues from across all business units.In order to achieve client satisfaction, you will be responsible for agreement with clients on the definition of service and will act as an escalation point to ensure that all areas such as service levels, management information, governance and key deliverablesare managed appropriately within Target.Youll receive regular support and feedback in 121s and have half yearly reviews to discuss your progress and future, where appropriate youll be thanked for a job well done through our My Recognition portal; our way of celebrating success stories.Your role requires a strong focus on increasing revenue through extending the Target relationship to currently unserved areas of the client business.People

Client
  • Manage the monthly governance; cycle ensuring all critical actions are met by the business.
  • Ensure that Target is considered the Clients service provider of choice through the strength of the relationship built.
  • Work with the client and Targets Contract Management function to ensure the delivery of post sales activities are working well through all relevant Target areas and liaise with internal teams to ensure expectations are met or, where possible, exceeded.
  • Support the development of Strategic Client Account Plans and a pipeline of revenue generating opportunities
Financial
  • Work with the Client Account Director to achieve agreed profit and loss targets and additional targeted revenue identified through the core change control process whilst protecting BAU revenue.
  • Be proactive in recommending process improvements over and above the Definition of Service to reach specified targets. Review and manage pipeline of client change requests, utilising the Target Change and Contract Management Teams as appropriate to drivethis forward.
  • To review periodic Accounts Receivable reporting and WIP from Finance to ensure all unpaid invoices are escalated to the client and paid in a timely fashion.
Process
  • To chair Monthly Client Governance meetings, coordinating relevant attendees to represent the business and relevant operational areas.
  • To support the Client Account Director in the development of their client specific elements of the annual business plan.
  • To support the development of Strategic Client Account Plans and creation/driving of a pipeline of revenue generating opportunities.
  • To ensure delivery against Targets BAU and core revenue targets within the existing client base.
  • To understand and implement appropriate levels of regulatory and risk awareness across all relevant activities within scope and remit.
  • To keep up to speed with new product developments (internally and externally), industry trends and relevant activities from Tech Mahindra.
  • To log, track and respond to all client queries, questions and actions
  • To ensure timely and accurate production of client reporting, providing commentary and updates as necessary, to liaise with SMEs across the business to provide performance insight for inclusion and to track SLA/KPI achievement and create actions to addressfailures.
  • To conduct service reviews in line with the client governance schedule and to ensure schedules are kept up to date and adhered to by required attendees.
