If you are up for a challenge and are willing to work hard, working with us will giveyou a fulfilling and varied career.What can I expectResponsible for supporting Target Servicings operational business areas within the work stream of Application Support (Business Support).The Business Systems Administrator will primarily be responsible for Product launches and Product removals on the third party DPR system and the Target Centrac system. Managing the whole process will include liaising with the client, third party softwareprovider, internal IT support and UAT testers to meet tight client SLAs. The Administrator will configure the new products in the DPR system which will require software application and IT skills. An attention to detail, ability to work with deadlines andthe abilty to perform as a strong team player will be essential.When not managing Product launches the administrator will investigate live queries or issues raised by the business for all of Targets systems. The administrator will also configure minor changes and support standard system processes, this will includeProduct set-ups for investment clients, bulk mailings, transactions and letter configuration.The individual will accept that, due to the nature of the role and the work involved, flexible working is required. Target currently operate a 7am - 7pm cover for the 3rd line Support Teams with an average of 7.5 hours worked between these times.
