Job Description

We are looking for a MSC qualified Practitioner to join our team at the Amman Tawe Partnership. You could be a nurse, paramedic or physician associate looking for the next opportunity to enhance your career within General Practice. We are a forward thinking Multi Disciplinary Team based in the Upper Amman and Swansea Valleys and we are looking for a professional to join us. The role is a mix of triage, face to face appointments, telephone/ online consultations and home visits. The postholder will be required to deal with acute on the day patients, minor ailments as well as seeing some patients with long term conditions.The current partners and staff have invested a deal great of time and energy to create a dynamic and forward thinking environment, but also somewhere that is enjoyable and professionally rewarding to work in. Daily support meetings and weekly teaching sessions are in place for our clinical staff which contributes to the building of our MDT team. You will be supported by an excellent Clinical Support Team.Essential Qualifications – Advanced Practice Level 7 – MSCPrimary Care Experience / Prescribing desirable.Salary is dependent on experience.
