We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and committed Advanced ClinicalPractitioner to join our team at the Amman Tawe Partnership. Working alongside our forward thinking and innovative multidisciplinary team this is an exciting opportunity to enhance your career with scopeandto extend your role as an advanced clinician whether that be nurse practitioner, physician associate or advancedparamedic. The role is a mix of triage, face to face appointments, telephone/ online consultations and home visits. The postholder will be required to deal with acute on the day patients, minor ailments as well as seeing some patients with long term conditions. As a partnership, we are committed to driving forward on developing an integrated and diverse workforce and are looking for individuals who will support us in driving the vision forward. The current partners and staff have invested a deal great of time and energy to create a dynamic and forward thinking environment, but also somewhere that is enjoyable and professionally rewarding to work in.
