We currently employ in excess of 44,000 colleagues working in more than 6,000 sites across Europe, USA andAustralia.What will my role look likeOur Group Treasury team is expanding and we have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Treasurer to join us. A successful candidate will be required to support the Group Treasurer, leading key treasury processes. The role will be key in the developmentof the existing treasury team. You will also work with the Regional Finance Teams, Transactional Services Team and Information Technology specialists to make necessary enhancements and automate our systems and processes.What would my main responsibilities be

• Leading on liquidity requirements, maintaining up-to date knowledge and understanding of liquidity and market risk management
• Management and development of Cash Management structure ensuring full visibility of cash across the Group
• Managing the cash flow forecasting process, supporting Regional Finance to report short and medium term outlooks, to monitor progress against our Liquidity Strategy
• Leading the Implementation of a Treasury Management System, whilst building a liquidity management structure, SFTP and connectivity frameworks
• Work with various stakeholders to enhance cross functional partnerships to support the development of understanding of key business processes and develop commercial and operational understanding
• Support Senior Management in ensuring strong controls, leading the project of process documentation and controls for all assigned areas and ensure consistency across all documented processes
• Provide Group Treasurer with concise, and clear reporting and updates and ensure all issues are escalated accordingly
• Other Adhoc projects

Candidate Requirements

• Qualified Treasurer (AMCT) or qualified by experience, with Finance Degree/qualification
• 7+ years of Treasury experience
• Proven track record of treasury working within a large, international organization, with solid understanding of UK and European banking regulations
• A track record of contributing analysis and explaining decisions to senior management
• Experience of managing the internal financing strategy and funding, and related loan documentation
• Strong understanding of key Treasury concepts
• Knowledge of TMS systems preferred and SAP knowledge would be beneficial
