Job Description

Unqualified PractitionersFlexible Working Options Available!Kindred HainaultKindred Hainault is an 80 place nursery with three rooms for children aged 3 months to 5 years, and is open from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm. The nursery has lots of outside garden spaces along with a free flow classroom. The gardens consist of soft grass play surfacing,built in sand pits, room to ride bikes and cars and planting areas.We are thrilled to be seeking a passionate, Unqualified to join the rapidly growing Kindred family and to be part of the magic.Your main duties will include:

  • Maintaining childrens profiles, registers and other paperwork
  • Working closely with parents and/or carers as partners to build good relationships and offering support
  • Providing a safe, stimulating and educational environment for the children to learn, play and develop
  • Completing observations on allocated key children and use those observations to complete termly achievement reports
  • Be a key person/play partner taking overall responsibility for your childrens care, welfare and learning
  • Always ensuring close supervision of children

You will be required to be involved in out of working hours activities, such as training, monthly staff meetings and fundraising events as required.To be successful for this role, you must:
  • Have experience working with children ages 0-5
