Hospital, RadiographyRef: SWJ1877Up to £52,000 p/a | 37.5 Hours – Set Days | Great BenefitsA leading independent hospital in the Harley St Medical District currently has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Diagnostic Radiographer with a background in Mammography to work as Superintendent Mammographer in their Breast Unit team.Details of what the hospital is offering for this Superintendent Mammographer post are as follows:

  • A permanent contract to work 37.5 hours per week, working Monday – Friday days

    • As Superintendent Mammographer, you will coordinate the day to day running of the hospital’s breast service, providing clinical leadership to the breast care team and ensuring a high-quality, patient-focused service in all aspects of breast imaging and diagnosis, including DEXA and interventional procedures. You will conduct audits, support service development, and ensure effective financial management.Applicants for this Superintendent Mammographer post should meet the following criteria:
  • BSc in Diagnostic Radiography or equivalent with HCPC registration
  • Have completed a post-graduate Certificate in Mammography and have substantial experience in this speciality
  • Experienced in a supervisory or leadership role in a mammography/imaging setting
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, good IT skills
