As a pivotal member of their market-leading Restructuring Group, your missionis to steer through domestic and cross-border financial and commercial insolvency challenges, turning legal puzzles into clear paths.THE TEAM: Imagine a crew of legal navigators! Their Restructuring team holds prime positions on major bank panels, sailing smoothly with restructuring and insolvency specialists across industries. Guided by a globally recognized Power Playerin bankruptcy and insolvency, their crew comprises over 40 dedicated lawyers offering full-service expertise in restructuring and insolvency across sectors.WHAT TO EXPECT IN THIS ROLE:

  • Navigate as a seasoned contentious insolvency specialist, advising insolvency practitioners, lenders, litigation funders, and corporate clients on a range of challenges.
  • Plot courses with insolvency practitioners on matters like administration order applications, worldwide freezing orders, and enforcement of judgments - legal journeys in their own right!
  • Guide major clearing banks on recovering debts and guarantee liabilities, navigating financial waters.
  • Sail with directors in managing under-performing businesses, all while navigating the Company Directors Disqualification Act.
  • Take the helm in business development, charting courses with clients at networking events and providing insightful training sessions.
  • Mentor and guide the next generation of legal navigators within the team.
YOUR AREAS OF KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERTISE: Youre not just any lawyer; youre a seasoned navigator with:
  • At least 5 years+ of PQE, charting the legal waters with insolvency litigation expertise.
