Our vibrant Planning & Infrastructure Consenting practice is on the hunt for an Associate extraordinaire to jointhe team in Leeds or Manchester on a 9-12 month fixed-term contract.Why Us

  • Collaborative unity within the wider Real Estate division for tackling mega projects.
Your Gig: Whats in Store
  • Draft and negotiate planning and highways agreements for urban development wonders.
  • Dive into planning applications, including environmental impact assessments.
  • Contribute to Transport and Works Act and Development Consent Orders in the transport and energy sectors.
  • Be the backbone in managing public inquiry processes.
Your Skills & Magic:
  • 12+ months of experience in planning and infrastructure consenting matters.
  • Maestro of stakeholder management, mingling effortlessly with all levels.
  • Task juggler with an eagle eye for detail and client service finesse.
  • Wordsmith extraordinaire: Draft clear, legally effective documents reflecting client dreams.
