Youll help us identify and source the best instructors, develop learning and performance improvement solutions across traditional and virtual classroom environments, and consult with other areas of the Firm to ensure our curriculums and initiatives support the PwC strategy.About the RoleLearning and Development (L&D) is PwCs internal learning and development function. Our ambition is to be a world-class learning function, partnering with the business to deliver solutions which meet the needs of our people and help deliver the Firms strategic priorities.The L&D, Learning Design team, are responsible for designing training to meet business needs.The successful candidate will work with the wider Learning Design, Strategic Relationships and Learning Experience teams to deliver highly effective training content and learning design strategies using adult learning principles. They will be responsible for creating learning solutions that embed the 70 20 10 principle and align with the learning strategy.They will work on a variety of projects and initiatives related to non-technical learning content within PwC within the UK, this may include the design, development and review of face-to-face or technology enabled learning solutions.The key responsibilities of the role are to
