It isn’t a question.About the Role We’re looking for a reward operations specialist to join us on our journey. This is a great opportunity for someone who’s really passionate about, and who wants to help shape the delivery of, reward activities.As Global Reward Delivery Partner you’ll be in good company. Working in our Global Reward Delivery team, responsible for delivering all Total Reward operations you’ll act as a trusted partner to our regional reward operations teams, as well as thewider HR function and our business.Working alongside our regionally-based reward delivery centres (in Costa-Rica, Poland, Malaysia, India & China), as well as two further Global Reward Delivery Partners, together you’ll be responsible for supporting the delivery and continuous improvementof global processes across the spectrum of total reward activity – including recognition, benefits, long-term incentives, compensation management and our annual salary review & bonus (performance) cycle.Why you You’ll either be an experienced reward operations specialist looking for an opportunity to bring your passion and expertise in reward operations to help review and enhance our processes. If this is you, and you don’t yet meet all the requirements for the role but are keen to develop these skills through experience,then please still apply and we can discuss the opportunity of joining us as an Assistant Reward Partner.Many of our processes are delivered through Workday as well as other compensation & benefits platforms, so you’ll be very comfortable with using reward systems and data to manage operations, whilst being equally at home with being able to manage a numberof manual processes for our small but important groups where automation isn’t possible.And, as we look to improve and enhance our ways of working, you’ll be keen to identify opportunities for improvement, ensuring we’re putting our people first by delivering an outstanding user experience across the spectrum of reward operations.Key responsibilities

  • In collaboration with global delivery colleagues you’ll be responsible for managing and enhancing processes associated with:
    • delivering our annual compensation review cycle (salary data provision for bonus pool and salary modelling, annual salary review, bonus payments, long term incentives).
    • the delivery of global benefits (including health and wellbeing benefits) as well as long-term incentives and our recognition programme.
    • Supporting our compensation and salary management approach by ensuring high quality data, metrics and advise to enable managers make informed decisions about remuneration.
  • Guiding the Regional Delivery Centres in the administration and delivery of reward activities and initiatives, ensuring a timely and accurate delivery of communications, data, analytics and information.
  • Ensuring the Delivery Centres are trained and equipped to deal with queries around our global annual processes as well as other reward queries that can be supported locally.
  • Providing escalation support to Delivery Centres for queries that require input from the global team.
  • Delivering reporting/information to support the wider Reward Centre of Excellence in delivering HR Leadership Team requirements.
  • Supporting project change work in relation to new initiatives across total reward, such as leave, benchmarking/grading methodology, working with HR Tech on Workday and/or other relevant system enhancements.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills: Essential
  • Demonstrable experience of working within reward operations. Involvement in running or supporting at a detailed level reward activities either (ideally) across the whole total reward spectrum, or as a delivery specialist within a specific area of rewarddelivery (for example, global annual compensation review /annual objective setting & review cycles, the provision of benefits, LTIs, salary benchmarking). Alternatively, if you’re applying for the Assistant Reward Partner role then you will be able to demonstrateyour ambition to work in reward operations.
  • Proficiency with using IT systems and platforms to delivery processes effectively
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to run and interpret data to support decision making and advice
  • Microsoft Office proficiency with strong Excel knowledge
  • Highly organized with strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and navigate tight deadlines while taking ownership over tasks big and small
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to put our people at the heart of what we do to ensure an excellent user experience
Preferred
  • Previous experience and working knowledge of Workday – ideally including report writing
  • Knowledge of Long-Term Incentives
  • Experience of operating in a global organisation, ideally in FMCG or pharma
  • Previous experience of wider HR, ideally as a generalist, within employee relations and/or talent acquisition enabling you to understand how compelling reward practices can motivate, recognise and incentivise employees to do a great job.
