A leading legal 500 firm with multiple offices in Greater Manchester is looking for a Costs Draftsman with previous experience working in Commercial Litigation and Recoveries.You will be responsible for providing a cradle to grave service including the drafting, as required, of Budgets, Points of Dispute, Bills and Schedules of Costs and other formal documents. In addition, providing costs advice.This role would suit an individual with a minimum of 6 months experience of Hybrid working is available and you will only be required to go to the office once per week.Drafting costs schedules, bills, proceeding through costs litigation if necessary; Preparing points of dispute and considering replies.Identifying strengths and weaknesses and preparing a document to reflect this.Preparing cost strategy reports.Negotiating costs settlement.Instruct Counsel or Costs Lawyer to attend Detailed Assessment or alternatively conduct own advocacy.#G2BS
