A fantastic permanent opportunity for a full time Accounts Assistant role based in central Manchester. This role would suit somebody who has the transactional experience and looking to get involved with more. Client DetailsWorking for a very successful and progressive organisation. DescriptionThe duties include: Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and weekly bank summaryPrepare monthly development payment runDeal with creditors queries within the Manchester teamPerform weekly Rent Reconciliation for all sites, ready for the relevant finance teamsKey support to and partnership with the Business Analyst and Financial ControllerHelp manage financials, management and KPI reporting on a professional and commercial basis including interim and full year financial reportingHelp manage accounts and VATAssist in providing information to support financial forecasts and models updates on regular basisAssist in the preparation of the accounting entries and reconciliations for rent and for management feeSupport to drive performance improvement through constant pursuit of new initiatives, scenario building and financial modelling, and provide pragmatic solutions in a commercially driven environmentUndertake appropriate ad hoc projects and initiatives from time to time as requiredProfileThe successful candidate MUST: Have experience working in a similar role - essential Be studying AAT/ACCA/CIMA - Essential Have basic MS Excel and Sage experience - Desirable Be an excellent communicator - Essential Be looking to progression and willing to be patient - Essential Job OfferThis role is looking to pay up to £25,000 per annum + Study support + Pension + Bonus
