Job Description

Job Title: Machine Operative with Flexi Print ExperienceLocation: Sandy, United KingdomWorking Hours: 8am to 5pm, Monday to FridaySalary: £12 per hourWe are currently seeking a skilled Machine Operative with experience in Flexi Print to join our team in Great Gransden (driving is essential due to location). As a Machine Operative, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining a range of printingequipment, ensuring that production runs smoothly and efficiently.This is a temp - perm role.The successful candidate will have previous experience working in a similar role, with a focus on Flexi Print. You will have a good understanding of printing machinery and be confident in operating and maintaining equipment to the highest standards.Key Responsibilities:

  • Operating printing machinery, ensuring that production runs smoothly and efficiently
  • Setting up machines for each production run, including loading materials and configuring settings
  • Maintaining equipment to the highest standards, carrying out regular maintenance and cleaning tasks as required
  • Troubleshooting any issues that arise during production, taking appropriate action to ensure that printing processes continue uninterrupted
  • Communicating effectively with other members of the production team, ensuring that everyone is working together to achieve production targets
Key Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a machine operative role, with a focus on Flexi Print
  • Excellent understanding of printing machinery, including the ability to operate and maintain equipment to the highest standards
  • Good communication skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure, ensuring that production targets are met
  • Good attention to detail, with the ability to identify and troubleshoot any issues that arise during production
