Job Description

Kitchen AssistantSalary:£10.90 per hourLocation: Baycroft, Great BaddowHours & Shift Pattern: 40hours per week, including alternative weekends.Baycroft is a collection of care homes with a unique difference. Along with experience in a kitchen, you should have a keen eye for detailand able to work comfortably as a team.Well reward your hard work by:

And in return, you will be responsible for:
  • Providing an efficient and effective restaurant service that fully meets the needs of our residents, along with the high standards expected within the Home.
  • Assisting with fresh food items, plating and delivering to our residents during food service times.
  • Ensuring all crockery and equipment is cleaned and stored appropriately and that overall cleanliness of the kitchen is maintained at all times.
  • Ensuring Health & Safety standards are maintained at all times
