Contracts AdministratorLocation: Great Baddow Later start : 9.30 - 5:30pmMonday to FridaySalary: £22000 per annum plus quarterly bonusFree parking provided !!Our client is within the commercial supply industry and are looking for a Contracts Administrator to joint their team based in Chelmsford.Your role will be to complete the administration process after the sales process• Review and complete new hire and sales order/contract data in the contract management system,ensuring that i) correct and valid contracts are set up, ii) deadlines are met and iii) job requirements are ready for the service operations team to fulfil• Send all hire and sales contracts and documentation to customers• Set up agreed sub-contracted jobs in the contract management system• Deal with suppliers on any queries from customers arising from sub-contracted jobs, such as delivery/collection times• Deal with incoming contract administration emails and phone calls from both customers and suppliersYou will need to be a car driver due to the locationTraining will be provided but some administrative, telephone experience and database / IT literacy is essential.Car driver required due to location
