Clinical Deputy ManagerSalary:£50,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.Location: Baycroft, Great BaddowHours & Shift Pattern: 40hours per weekBaycroft is a collection of care homes with a unique difference. You should havedemonstrable post graduate experience as an Registered GeneralNurse with an active pin, proven leadership skills and prior experience in a similar setting for elderly residents.Well reward your hard work by:

Delivering 24-hours personalised residential, nursing and dementia care.
Helping inspire and lead a team of passionate, committed and skilled care professionals and support them to become the very best they can.
Becoming a beacon of the Baycroft brand, working to ensure that exceptional care and support is at the heart of everything we do.
Working closely with the General Manager in the day-to-day running of the home.
