You will have had proven work experience in an office environment and preferably within project support.You will work with our research team to perform administrative duties that ensure timely delivery of project outputs, communicate effectively with consortium members and stakeholders, maintain project progress reports and project specific websites, and organize consortium meetings and events to demonstrate project results.Selection CriteriaApplicants will be short-listed solely on the extent to which they meet the following essential requirements:A. Have excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas both in verbal and written form with project partners and funding bodies.B. A demonstrably high level of administrative skill to perform administration tasks effectively e.g. experience of servicing committees, both in preparation and minute taking, and following up matters as a consequence of meetings.C. Commitment to and experience of a variety of IT packages that focus on administration, knowledge of word processing, databases and spreadsheets.D. Ability to assist with the preparation and submission of proposals and reports at all stages.E. Ability to prioritise busy work schedule and adapt to tight deadlines and demanding work environment in a calm and effective manner.F. Ability to use initiative and to work in a team and/or independently.G.
