Job Description

We are actively seeking an administrator/PA to support our EA to the CEO. This role is in a busy and dynamic office, working alongside the EA to support the CEO and Leadership Team.Amphista is in a significant growth phase, having secured funding to developour technology and as such experience in working in a fast-paced environment will be essential. No two days will be the same in this role and individuals need to enjoy working in an evolving and growing business.The post holder will report to the EA to CEO and be based at Amphistas Southern UK hub close to Cambridge. Please note that this is a Hybrid role (4 days/week in the office)Responsibilities:Support the EA to the CEO in:

  • Maintaining diaries and inboxes, organising travel/accommodation arrangements, processing expense claims and associated administrative tasks.
  • Planning and coordinating internal meetings, including forward planning of agenda items, paper collation, distribution, etc. Take and produce accurate minutes of various meetings and track agreed actions.
  • Acting as front-of-house on site, using initiative to field and resolve issues as appropriate.
  • Support Office Manager activities
  • Manage the process for obtaining signatures on business documentation.
  • Support the scheduling and delivery of internal/external meetings, including document production, meeting coordination and hosting where appropriate.
  • Support the EA as required on projects and other ad hoc activities
Skills/Experience:
  • An accomplished PA/Administrator who has worked within a C suite level environment
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced organisation (Biotech experience desirable)
  • A high level of competency with MS Office products, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Experience of DocuSign, Teams and Zoom desirable.
  • Excellent and proactive communication skills
  • Strong problem solving skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Proactive approach with can-do attitude
  • Able to work autonomously and confidentially.
