Position: Specialist Tandoori Chef (Indian and Nepalese Cuisine)Employer: BAYLEAFLocation: GRAYSHOTTSalary: £25- £26K Per AnnumWorking days / hours: 39 to 48 hours within a 5 to 6 day weekBenefits & Entitlements: 28 days paid holiday (pro rata), employer’s pension contribution, Chef’s uniform and meals on duty.Duties include preparation of complex Tandoori dishes, training and supervising junior Chefs, purchasing & dealing with suppliers, stock control, quality checks, health & hygiene compliance, monitoring food safety & temperatures maintaining cleanliness within work areas, care and maintenance of specialist Tandoori equipment, cost analysis and review, preparing reports and schedules and performing key duties as assigned. KNOWLEDGE OF NEPALESE CUISINE IS NECESSARY. Previous experience - 3 years + working within an Indian kitchenExtensive proven previous experience at required skill levelCLOSING DATE : 12/01/2021
