Job Description

A high quality estate agents in Grayshott require an experienced Lettings professional to join their team as a Lettings Manager. This role would be well suited to a Senior Lettings Negotiator looking for their next career step, or an existing manager looking to join a great firm.As the Lettings Manager you’ll be responsible for all aspects of lettings including conducting valuations and instructions, registering applicants, conducting viewings, administration. You’ll work closely with in house property management and accounts to ensure the smooth management of the portfolio. You’ll be responsible for retaining the existing business and growing the portfolio.To be considered for this role, experience working in lettings is essential. You’ll have great customer service skills, good attention to detail and ideally up to date knowledge of lettings legislation.In return, a basic salary in the region of £25,000 will be offered plus commission, with a realistic OTE of £35,000.
