This job is a real challenge and we are looking for truly results-oriented and driven people for the job of Fuel Technician that have the ability to create good and measurable results by being the driving force behind it.Our client"Fuel Fixer Ltd" ( established over 10 years ago, is the largest independently owned and operated mobile misfuel service in the United Kingdom, based in East Grinstead, West Sussex. Their Goal is to become the largest misfuel correction & repair company in the UK and Europe, positioned as the market leader by providing the most professional fuel draining service. We are looking for you who can show us some evidence of valuable results from your past jobs and preferably from a similar job.You can learn fast, work hard and have already achieved great results even in very challenging circumstances. You have the ability to solve really difficult problems to get real, valuable and measurable results.The most hard and demanding part of the job as well as the biggest obstacle in having and doing this job, is that you will be on call on an emergency basis from 6 am to 10 pm 7 days a week, working long shifts, attending to misfuelled vehicles mostly roadside but sometimes at home or on a forecourt, or even at a car dealers site. You will remove the fuel, clean out the fuel lines and get the vehicle started again with a very high success rate that you will be proud of. This is not an easy task as there are quite a few competitors on the market and in order to keep winning, this company has to keep improving on all parts of its operations.In the role of Fuel Technician, if you have experience with cars or you are trained in car mechanics, it’s a plus but not mandatory if you are good at learning fast. You have a natural sense for order and planning, and can prove that you have worked really hard in the past to get great results and be successful. You have the ability to get things done and you are genuinely interested in finding the best solutions for the companys customers.In exchange for your willingness to work hard and get the job done, some of the benefits of doing this job, is that you will always be well rewarded for your results and achievements, your salary will be paid on the Friday of every week on self-employed basis, you can choose a salary between a fix income + bonuses or high commissions only, and you will have the freedom to work independently and do other jobs or activities too.We will support you by keeping up with any technology developments within our companys field of expertise. You will receive all necessary training where you will learn to do most activities and procedures fairly exactly in order to do your job in a stable and good way. Upon completion of your training which will last 2 weeks, you will be provided with a van (driving license required) and all the necessary tools to do your job as an independent unit. You will be working alone, driving many miles a month between jobs. You will report to head office on a daily basis. You will also interact with many clients from all walks of life.
