Job Description

Financial Services AdministratorGranthamSalary Negotiable - depending upon experience.A position has arisen at a very successful Wealth Planning firm based in Grantham. They are looking to appoint an experienced Financial Services Administrator.The role includes:

  • Answering telephones
  • Scanning, filing and distributing post
  • Franking and taking outgoing post to the post office
  • Meet and greet clients and visitors to the office.
  • Arranging advisor appointments
  • Data entry and quality management on XPlan - our CRM System
  • Obtaining valuations and file preparation for client meetings, including collation of fund information, obtaining illustrations, and updating client data.
  • Updating XPlan following client meetings.
  • Checking paperwork and processing new business applications.
  • Carry out the administration for fund switches, withdrawals, probate requests.
  • Liaising with advisers, product providers, clients and professional connections, electronically, verbally and in written form.
  • Building and maintaining a detailed knowledge and understanding of our internal systems and processes.
