Job Description

Customer Support Co-ordinator - WarringtonAs a Customer Support Co-ordinator, you will play a fundamental part in the sales process by supporting the administration requirement from our busy sales team to deliver sales growth and customer retention whilst also ensuring our customers are briefed andinformed at all times.A day in the life of a Customer Support Co-ordinator atphswill involve;

  • Ensure that customer and reporting requirements are dealt with promptly and delivered on time
  • Prepare planned reports each week/month for the Account Management Teams and Customers and deliver them on time
  • Deal with ad-hoc requests from our Customer base, either personally or by making sure that the request is raised with the Account Manager or other departments e.g. Customer Services and by taking ownership and accountability for all enquiries through toa resolution.
  • Ensure that orders are processed promptly
  • Develop a good understanding of all phs Compliance services
The ideal candidate fora Customer Support Co-ordinator atphswill have:
  • Good eye for detail and accurate data input skills
  • Experience in a similar environment, ideally within a fast-paced administrative department
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Quick and accurate keyboard skills and experience of using data bases
  • Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
  • A high level of professionalism, politeness, judgment and negotiation
  • Enthusiastic, confident and determined approach is required with a high degree of self-motivation and drive
