Job Description

RG Consultancy are working with an established company based in Goldborne who are looking for an Accounts Manager to join their team.Reporting directly to the Financial Director, this role would have the responsibility of coordinating and overseeing a small, experienced Purchase Ledger team, supporting the month end and managing the cashbook.Duties include:

  • Preparation and review of payment runs
  • Maintain the cashbook
  • Ensure the team keep supplier statement reconciliations up to date
  • Support month end with posting of accruals & prepayments, preparing journals.
  • Create new supplier accounts
  • Develop and improve reporting process
  • Support with process
  • Support for the upcoming ERP migration
  • Support other ad hoc tasks, including budgeting and audit.
