Job Title: Senior Business Development Representative / Team LeaderLocation: GodalmingSalary: £37,000 (£49.5k OTE)REF: J10224:HERTSector: ITOur client operates a multi-functional, revolutionary platform capable of solving a catalogue of business challenges. Their intuitive software caters to scenarios covering the B2E, B2B and B2C spaces. The company are now looking for an ambitious candidate with some business development experience to help lead the company’s Business Development team. Ideally, you’ll also have blended experience in performance management and some team leadership, with a proven track record of delivering against targets.Senior Business Development Representative Package:- A competitive basic salary of between £37,000- Y1 OTE upping your salary to £49.5k total package- Mobile & Laptop- Additional bonus and incentive schemes- Regular socials in an inclusive environment (once safe again)- Incentive company holidays (once safe again)- Excellent further earning potential, personal and professional development on offerSenior Business Development Representative Role:- Engage with prospects over the phone, via email and through social channels- Collaboratively work with AEs to identify and target enterprise level accounts- Create and maintain active engagement strategies, build out and develop prospective accounts- Partner with marketing teams to support messaging and campaigns- Train and mentor BDRs on outreach, objection handling, listening skills and more- Nurture business development talent to create a bench of prospective AEs- Own ongoing analysis of lead gen performance, partnering with wider teams to better inform strategy- Liaise closely with the company’s Sales leadership and embody the company’s core valuesSenior Business Development Representative:- 2 years’ B2B lead generation experience- Experience managing a team and meeting targets- Experience with Salesforce- Comfortable engaging and liaising with senior level executive contacts, internal and external- Exceptional communication and presentation skills- Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeedNext Steps: If you require this job specification or to apply in an alternate format please visit the pareto website.(Please note that due to the high volume of applications we receive we are unable to contact all applicants directly.
