Project ArchitectWould you like to join an employee-owned multi-disciplinary company specialising in the Life Sciences and Pharmaceutical sectors Our expertise ranges from design and build contracting and construction management to commissioning and qualification, pharmaceuticalvalidation, and quality consultancy. We need talented individuals, who share our values, to for our clients.We are looking for:A UK registered architect with a minimum of 5 years post qualification experience to provide architectural services to our clients. Your role will involve working across single or multiple projects at varying stages including initial project bidding, clientbriefing, feasibility, concept, scheme and detailed design and construction phases providing high quality and detailed architectural designs, drawings, documentation, and consultancy. An important aspect of the role is collaborative working either as designlead or part of a wider multi-disciplinary team to develop fully coordinated and integrated design solutions for highly technical projects as well as supporting other parts of the business such as marketing and Health and Safety. Scitech projects tend to beprocess driven often requiring an inside out design approach with functionality typically being a key consideration.Youll have a technical background and enjoy detailed design (using knowledge of BIM/CAD design tools and NBS specification software) as well interfacing with clients and multi-disciplinary teams. You will be commercially aware with a good knowledge of constructiontechniques and products. You may currently be an assistant architect who is looking for the next role or a project architect who wants to work on technically challenging projects.We are offering a varied, multi-project role so you will need a flexible towards travelling to client sites or other Scitech office locations.
