Job Description

Clarity are once again pleased to be recruiting for our client, a leading and highly successful Software business as they seek to recruit.We are currently supporting the recruitment of of 2 x Junior IT Support/Service Desk Execs. These role are a fantastic opportunity to join a thriving, busy and dedicated team to provide 1st/2nd line support to their clients. Working alongside an establishedteam, these roles have become available due to internal promotion.About the role:

  • Interacting with Customers via telephone & email
  • Providing remote support to Customers
  • Logging incoming Customer requests through ITSM software
  • Prioritising your daily workload
  • Working as a team and individually to spot trends relating to Customer reported issues.
  • Remaining up to date on current known faults
About You:
  • Ideally you will need 6 months to one year support/IT Ticket support/service desk/remote support experience.
  • You will need strong and clear communication skills with the ability to offer support at various levels.
  • A keen interest in support and all things IT.
  • A professional approach and happy in assisting queries with a methodical and attentive attitude
This role is Monday to Friday and a permanent position. Our client offers excellent career progression opportunities and will support further work related training. This role is a Hybrid position with the ability of WFH a number of days per week but travelto the office each week is essential. *Candidates must live within a 15 mile/30 minute radius of the client*Job Types: Permanent, Full-timeSalary: £21,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
