Our client an established and nationwide Managed Service Provider who specialises in providing IT Managed Services and Technical Support is seeking a Technical Hands on Help Desk Manager to lead a team of 15 support professions providing Level 1 & level 2 support to their managed service clients. Key experience sought include:
