Job Role: Welder/FabricatorLocation: GlossopShift: Days OnlySalary: £13.00 - £15.00 per hour, depending on experienceMetalis is working in partnership with a prestigious fabrication company in Glossop who, due to continuous growth are looking to hire a skilled Fabricator/Welder to their team.This company has a solid order book with blue chip companies, producing both large scale and complex fabrications. They specialise in full turnkey projects - offering a varied workload/product range.With its modern approach, they also offer flexible working between 7am to 5pm Monday to Thursday - completing 37.5 hours, overtime on Friday and Saturday, if wanted.Job Duties:

MIG & TIG Welding - Fabricating - materials include carbon steel, stainless, plastic, exotic alloy and structural
Working on projects as diverse as small, high-specification tasks to manufacturing large industrial-sized fabrication processing plants.
Reviewing technical / engineering drawings and sketches.
Inspecting work
Maintaining welding equipment and machines etc.

Job Requirements:

Excellent knowledge of MIG & TIG welding processes
Ability to maintain high-quality standards in a fast-paced environment
Happy with variation in their work
A good team player, happy to support other tasks to achieve deadlines
Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude.
