You will be offering a supportive ear, calm presence whilst still bringing an element of fun into their daily activities and needs.We are looking for Full time and Part time for Mornings 7am - 3pm and Evenings 3pm - 10pm.Full time will be 32 hour contact, working 4 shifts out of 7 with alternative weekends.Part time will be 24 hour contact, working 3 shifts out of 7 with alternative weekends.What can we offer you

Key Responsibilities
  • Assisting with daily routines, including mornings, lunchtimes, and evenings
  • Providing personal care to those who require it
  • Offering companionship and attending social activities such as museum trips, football matches, meals out and visits to the gym.
  • Preparing meals
  • Assisting with medication
  • Light cleaning and household duties
The Ideal Candidate
  • You will have a kind nature and good communication skills
  • Good listening skills and a willingness to learn
  • A genuine desire to make a real difference in peoples lives
  • You will need to demonstrate a can do attitude, person centred values, energy and commitment to providing an exceptional quality service
  • Full clean driving license and access to a car is essential
  • Available to work alternate weekends
