What’s theShift Leader roleWe are looking for aShift Leaderto manage our Indoor Retail Team byleadingthe day-to-day activities of the department to provide both internal and external customers with exceptional service whilst ensuring all aspects of the shift runsmoothly and effectively.The Shift Leader offers full time hours which includes working one evening (from October)and alternate weekends, paying£10.90 perhour.The Shift Leader roleincludes;- Leading daily shift, coaching and developing the team, working closely with the Section Leader.- Leads by example, embracing the Bents Ways and culture promoting to the colleagues.- Provides guidance and support to colleagues to enable them to deliver.- Ensures the shop floor appearance is kept to high standards.-Provides feedback to team members in the moment, coaching and training where needed.The perfect candidate will have the eye for detail, strong organisational skills andpossess a friendly, customer focused personality.
