Sales Support Representative - MortgagesWho we areWe are an established Property Finance Brokerage specialising in Bridging, Buy to Let, Commercial Term and Development finance and residential mortgages.

We are building an amazing team and looking for an ambitious and driven Sales Support Representative to join the team, based at our offices in Gerrards Cross.What youll do
The Sales Support Team operate at the forefront of the company dealing with new sales enquiries across multiple channels, delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment. Outstanding customer service comes from our people, they are passionateand always willing to go above and beyond for our customers.In the role you will collate information from clients and arrange an introductory call with a mortgage advisor. Following the introductory call, its on you to keep contact with the client until they are ready to apply for a Mortgage, at which time you willbook qualified appointments with our Specialist Advisors.All enquiries are precious, and the Sales Support Team will maximise every opportunity by offering amazing customer support throughout the process.What were looking for
Were looking for motivated individuals that can deliver amazing customer service in a busy fast-paced environment, preferably with financial services experience.You will be able to offer support and identify cross sale opportunities across the business while aligning your tasks against department KPIs and objectives.You will have excellent communication skills (written and verbal), capable of building good relationships with clients and colleagues alike.When youll work
