Job Description

My client a successful Buckinghamshire based company is looking to recruit a PARAPLANNER on a maximum salary of between 35k to 45k office based 9am to 5pm.This is a great opportunity to join a very friendly Company, established over 30 years ago. As a Chartered IFA firm, they provide advice in most areas of financial, investment,and retirement planning. For this new role they are looking for a paraplanner with a minimum of 2 years’ experience. You will be a naturally confident communicator, driven and self-motivated and able to demonstrate professionalism and the desire to continueto develop within the profession. The successful candidate will naturally progress to be involved at a SENIOR MANAGER LEVEL and helping the business to develop and move forward to the next level.Qualifications required IN ORDER TO APPLY FOR THE ROLE:CII Level 4 Diploma Qualified, CII Certificate in Paraplanning or equivalentSkills set and responsibilities:

Research, analysis and prepare for client meetings
Implement trades via our platforms and submit new business
Liaison with our pension and investment advisers pre and post client meetings
Drafting investment and pension recommendation reports
Prepare and drafting client reviews
Demonstrable knowledge to undertake Annual Allowance, Tapered Annual Allowance, carry forward, CGT, IHT calculations etc.
Cash flow modelling
Attendance at client meetings with Adviser if required
Fund/CIP/CRP research – help with Consumer Duty transitioning processes
