Job Summary

• This individual is responsible for supporting the client management team with invoice validations and backups
• As well as looking at optimising process to improve cash flow, remove waste and automate as much as possible

Key Responsibilities and Tasks:

• Clarify, define and evaluate business problems, opportunities and elicit requirements for change from business stakeholders
• Identifying patterns, trends and present actionable insights to promote innovative solutions that deliver competitive advantage for data management
• Use your analysis skills and experience to take the lead in identifying and resolving problems / conflicts of interest from business case through to project implementation.
• Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports
• Explore datasets to drive initiatives that will make us faster, more friendly and more efficient
• Breakdown complicated and diverse datasets into easy-to-digest dashboards
• Work with internal stakeholders to highlight areas of improvement within their work streams and drive the initiatives and feature adoptions of the platform
• Quickly gain a broad range of knowledge across several areas of the business, and use this knowledge to build out "big picture" insights and recommendations
• Maintain relationships with team members across the business, from operations specialists to Directors on the leadership team
• Explore and analyse huge internal datasets, build your own data pipelines using our automation tools, and overlay third-party data sources to provide rounded insights
• Collaborate with embedded analyst teams in commercial functions, as well as analysts across the wider business
• Support assessment of commercial viability of proposed change
• Ensure requirements (covering business, functional, non-functional) are documented, organised, prioritised
• Assess impact of proposed solution on the organisation (people, organisation, processes, metrics & systems etc) and support business readiness
• Determine appropriate approach to conducting analysis for projects (or investigative studies) and agree approach with stakeholders
• Manage / support senior BAs overall analysis efforts for larger projects / programs / investigations
• Support project delivery activities
• Work alongside and help manage a team of associates to ensure the data is driven to help with business decisions
• Communicate and present data insights to senior stakeholders and clients, management and the wider team to ensure the most important metrics are highlighted and then provide recommendations on how we can improve
• Creating appropriate documentation that allows stakeholders to understand the steps of the data analysis process and duplicate or replicate the analysis if necessary.
• Maintaining compliance with all processes and policies of the Limitless Information Management System
• Ensuring compliance with Limitless Security Policies and Procedures whilst performing duties
• Analyze input data ensuring high levels of completeness and quality
• Carry out data analysis, build reports and model scenarios for a wide range of partners and teams to help the UK business meet its objectives
