Starting salary of £18,000 per annum.
33 days annual leave including bank holidays.
Workings hours are 37.5 hours per week (7.5 hours a day, Monday - Friday)
Core working hours are typically 8am - 4pm (can be some flexibility on this).

*These benefits will be subject to successful completion of your probation period.What will I be doing as a Laboratory Technician ApprenticeAs a Laboratory Technician Apprentice with Inter Scientific, you will have the opportunity to assist with analytical testing of nicotine, tobacco, cosmetic, CBD and pharmaceutical products.Youll be working as part of a close-knit team, supported, and guided by a team of professionals, each with diverse backgrounds and experiences you can learn from. Its an amazing opportunity to get stuck in and no day will be the same!Our goal is to work with you, developing your lab skills, so you become competent in various test methods and in operating key pieces of equipment and youll develop a good understanding of the ENDS, CBD and pharmaceutical industries.What youll be doing:

Logging, tracing, and preparing samples.
Carrying out preparatory and analytical analysis work as directed.
Completing daily lab tasks (e.g. cleaning, recording).
Communicate with the wider business and key suppliers.
Contribute to the company Environmental and Quality Management Systems (in particular the lab management system and ISO17025).
Ensure a high standard of Health & Safety in the workplace.
Any other reasonable task as directed by Lab Manager or Directors.
Attend training courses and assessments as required by the apprenticeship standard and maintain training records.
