Job Description

My client, a successful B2B business based in Speke is recruiting an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join their team. You will be assisting in the business running smoothly, whilst delivering excellent customer service on a day to day basis. If youhave some customer service experience working in a commercial environment then please get in touch!Key Responsibilities:

  • Able to deal with customers and take reservations on the phone and in person
  • Managing payments and bookings coming through the website
  • Completing administrative tasks ie filing, delivering and accepting mail
  • Organising and maintaining reception area
  • Ordering supplies for the office and for sale
  • Greeting visitors warmly and offering help immediately
  • Providing excellent customer support at all times
  • Answering questions about products or services offered
  • Representing the business with a positive attitude and professional appearance
  • Engaging in public relations and marketing to a minor degree
  • Be confident enough to sometimes be on their own in the building
Skills Required:Must have recent experience working in a front of house/customer service roleExperience of dealing with customers on the telephone or face to face in a commercial capacityPossess excellent telephone mannerProficient in Microsoft officeMust have a friendly and attentive personalityFlexible to cover holidays for other staffSalary £20k (pro rata) plus performance bonus, hours to suit 25-30 hours per week, occasional weekends (covering holidays)28 days holiday, pension, on site car park available, employee discount on products, company events
