As we decommission some of our legacy experiences, were rapidly building up new ones. Were also looking to build several new apps to serve ourvarying user needs.We build using the latest tech, run a combination of lean / agile and have a strong focus on the user.We work in a hybrid model with 3 days remote and 2 days in the London office. As an employee youll also get generous holiday and benefits such as healthcare,discounted gym membership and other rewards.Were seeking a talented Senior Product Owner to join our scaling digital team.Reporting to the Global Product Director, youll lead the build of our new Tower Garden global mobile app which will be an innovative companion app for customers purchasing our environmentally beneficial Tower Garden aeroponic growing system.This unique product enables people to grow fruits, vegetables or other plants in smaller spaces without the use of soil. The concept of the app is to be a companion to the physical product. Currently the app is at the early stages of ideation and discovery.Youll be developing the app concept and roadmap. As well as managing the prioritisation and day-to-day delivery once building it gets underway. This will be a highly innovative app and given the importance of environmental sustainability it offers the opportunity to genuinely help our planet, as well as those seeking a healthy lifestyle.As this app is in such an early stage and its squad has yet to be fully formed youll also get to help shape how the team works, making this is an exciting and rare opportunity to shape both a product and team.Initially this role will be a sole contributor supported by a Digital Business / Product Analyst, but as the digital team grows, that will change. As such this role requires someone with an aptitude for tech innovation, able to cover the full life-cycle fromstrategic thinking to managing the detail.Experience required At least 5 years experience as a data centric agile product manager or product owner working on innovative, technically complex experiences Experience defining a product roadmap, feature needs, MVPs, success metrics and prioritisation Experience of driving product discovery, leading innovation sprints, rapidly developing proto-types and POCs to validate new ideas, get new products / features to market fast and evolve experiences Experience working with architects and engineers to assess technical options and develop the right technical solutions to deliver the roadmap on time and on budget Demonstrable experience implementing / using prioritisation frameworks and collaborating well with others to effectively agree and manage priorities Experience of working with overseas and remote engineering teams. We run a hybrid operating model with teams in the UK, US and Europe, so experience of successful remote working across different timezones is useful Experience analysing data from different qual and quant sources to drive decisions eg Adobe analytics, Firebase, partnering with user researchers to drive actionable insights Demonstrable experience working as part of a scrum team, following agile principles and ceremonies. You will be the product owner for this app squad Experience of evolving digital product and delivery practices. You are someone who loves to share your experience and ideas, having a passion for working well with others to put them into practice Working knowledge of app best practice across iOS and android (ideal but not essential) Proficiency of digital tooling such as JIRA, confluence and MIRO
