Office AssistantWe are looking for an Office Assistant to join our team. We are located in south west london and are a plumbing and heating company.The role will report to our Head of Operations and they will be at the heart of our team: completing a variety of office support tasks, ensuring maximum efficiency between departments and an enjoyable working environment for all.Starting Salary £23,000 - £25,000 (To be discussed depending on experience). Benefits also include:Monthly team social events.Regular training opportunities.Optional weekly sports sessions.Responsibilities include:Answering phones, office communications and greeting visitors.Liaising with suppliers, contractors and managing office supplies.Logging all incoming/outgoing mail, client content and IT assets.Diary management for meetings,and jobs.Assisting finance with POs, timesheets and basic accounts.Interdepartmental support, acting as a point of contact between all departments.Supporting health and safety protocols and ordering stock and materials.The ideal candidate will:Have excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.Be collaborative with a proactive attitude and the ability to quickly problem-solve complicated tasks.The ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced creativeenvironment.Be able to demonstrate good experience in general office support tasks.Have a good general knowledge and confidence in their IT ability - especially Apple Mac computers.Enjoy working alongside like-minded, creative individuals in an inclusiveand collaborative environment.
