Job Description

Are you a natural people person who is comfortable on the phone Do you take pride in your excellent customer service skillsJuice is working with a market leader in their search for Outbound Membership Executives. This is a great opportunity for someone to kickstart and progress in a growing company in Frome.DAY TO DAY:

Working on new initiatives and communicating to a variety of businesses daily.
Speak with clients and check the status of applications and campaigns.
Responsible for making outbound and receiving inbounds calls.
Updating records and maintaining the CRM system.
Occasionally taking payment details.

WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE:

Excellent communication skills with a clear and confident telephone manner.
Competent IT skills and a confident user Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
Positive attitude and self-motivated.
Great attention to detail.
GCSE grade C or above in Maths and English.

AND FOR YOU:

£25,000 per annum
37.5 hours per week - with the option to have further.
Staff incentive scheme.
On-site parking.
On-site café, gym and shower.
Occasional Saturday shift.
