You will contribute to raising standardsof student attainment and to facilitate and encourage a learning experience which provides students with the opportunity to achieve their full potential. You will develop and enhance the teaching practice of others and to monitor and support the overall progressand development of students within the curriculum area.Educated to Qualified Teacher Status, you will be calm, engaging, resilient, and have an innovative style of teaching, motivated by helping every pupil to reach their potential.Roles and Responsibilities:
