We have an exciting opportunity for customer service and sales professionals!Simple Recruitment are delighted to be working with a longstanding client, based in Frome, who are looking for a Membership Executive to join their team on a permanent basis.So who are we looking forOur client offers personalised telephone contact services to a range of membership organisations, to reach out and liaise with members on their behalf. Joining a busy and friendly team, you will be self-motivated with strong communication skills and a professionaltelephone manner. There’s also a café on site!Key responsibilities:Working on a wide variety of client campaigns, key responsibilities will include:

Making and receiving calls
Sending emails and correspondence
Updating records
Taking payment details

Salary:£25,000 per annumHours:This is a full-time role with 37.5 hours per week. These are worked on a fortnightly shift pattern between the following hours of operation: 9am to 7pm Monday to Thursday, 9am to 5pm on Friday and 10am to 4pm on Saturday.Our brief: Simple Recruitment are acting as an employment agency on behalf of our client, based in Frome, who are seeking a Membership Executive to join their team on a permanent basis.
