Job Description

� "A child with special needs will inspire you to be a special kind of person!"Have you been searching for your next full-time SEN Teaching Assistant Role� Do you currently live in or near to Frome, in the Bath, Warminster or Trowbridge area � Are you passionate about ensuring a high level of care and wellbeing for special needs students, nurturing them to allow the best learning experience �If you answered yes to these questions, a brilliant opportunity is currently waiting for you to join a secondary school in Frome, in a long-term Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistant position. The role is full-time from 8:15am to 3:30pm Monday toFriday and offers an excellent chance to utilize passion and enthusiasm to support special needs students in both 1 to 1 and small group environments, as well as gaining vital hands-on experience in the SEN field. �The perfect candidate will: Go above and beyond to ensure every child has the specialist care and individual support they need. �� Be flexible and adaptable, to ensure they tailor support to special individuals and respond effectively to a wide range of student behaviors.Communicate effectively to build a cohesive relationship with teachers and ensure a trusting and insightful relationship with more complex students.
