The role is full-time from 8:15am to 3:30pm Monday toFriday and offers an excellent chance to utilize passion and enthusiasm to support special needs students in both 1 to 1 and small group environments, as well as gaining vital hands-on experience in the SEN field. �The perfect candidate will: Go above and beyond to ensure every child has the specialist care and individual support they need. �� Be flexible and adaptable, to ensure they tailor support to special individuals and respond effectively to a wide range of student behaviors.Communicate effectively to build a cohesive relationship with teachers and ensure a trusting and insightful relationship with more complex students.
